Festival, named after former president of FIDE Florencio Campomanes (1982-1995), is taking place in the capital of Philippines, Manila. Prize money of the festival is 100 000 USD.
This festival includes three tournaments: men', women's and mixed. Prize money of the main open tournament is 70 000 USD and winner will be rewarded with 10 000 USD.
