“Kolkheti” Poti which is one of the candidates of playing in Supreme League continues preparing.

Gia Ejibia, head of the club’s press service, told us about the current situation in the club.

The following players left the club: Mikheil Rusia, Akaki Janelidze, Levan Gabunia, Sulkhan Kakhidze and Giorgi Chedia. Chedia will continue his football career in “Torpedo” Kutaisi.

As for the purchase of “Kolkheti”, the transfer of Davit Khocholava from “Dinamo” Tbilisi is worth mentioning. Levan Kipiani (“Samgurali”) and Irakli Kutalia (“Machakhela”) also joined the club. Besides this, the negotiations with other two players are under way.

“Kolkheti” started practicing on January 15. The club continues preparing in Dusheti on February 10. Before that, “Kolkheti” will hold two friendly matches against “Zugdidi” Zugdidi and “Torpedo” Kutaisi on January 26 and 29.

Poti City Hall will finance the club again. Poti Port will also help “Kolkheti”.
