After six rounds Georgian chess players Merab Gagunashvili (2547) and Levan Pantsulaia (2614) have 4.5-4.5 points at the international tournament which is under way in the capital of India, Delhi. The Georgians are in the 6^th-7^th places.

In the previous round, Pantsulaia played draw with Chakkravarthy Deepan (2475) and Gagunashvili – with Bobir Satarov (2194).

The Georgians are one point behind leader Abhijeet Gupta (2606). Another Georgian Tornike Sanikidze (2541) defeated Karthik (India, 2179) and is in the 39^th place with 3.5 points.

In the 7^th round Gagunashvili and Pantsulaia will play with black pieces. Merab will face Babu Lalith (2579) and Pantsulaia – Rajpara Ankit (2443). Sanikidze will play Rahul Sangma (2336) with white pieces.
