Luka Kurtanidze the president of Georgian Wrestling National Federation has summed up European Wrestling championship which was held in Tbilisi, with Levan Kipiani The Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs. Almost all the members and coaches of Georgian free-style wrestling and greco-roman wrestling teams attended this press-conference which was held at the Ministry. Begi Darchia the head coach of Greco-Roman team was the exception, who even did not appear in the ministry. 

"Today we are here for summing up European championship. We have hosted such rank tournament first time and I think we passed this exam well.Organizing issues of Tbilisi championship even were disccused even by the goverment and all activities done for the tournament were estimated well after the competition. I would like to thank everyone, who played even a very little role and what is the main, I would like to thanks sportsmen and the coaches. We do not have reason of disatisfying according to the total result. Now it is time to come from eiphoria cased by a success and start preparation for the next tournaments. We have to fight for better results in the future"-stated Kipiani.  

Luka Kurtanidze read thanksgiving letters sent from International Wrestling Federation and European Wrestling Federation to those people who were attending the press-conference. Nenad Lalovic the acting president of FILA and Tseno Tsenov the president of CELA thank Georgia for holding this tourmanent in a high level, they hope that will coorporate with us in the future too. Kurtanidze remembered verbal promise of Tsenov and Lalovic, according to it they are ready to disccuss holding World Championship in Georgia. 

The president of wrestling federation noticed that he is satisfied with organizational and sport achievments. 

"We gained 7 medals in both styles together, which is a good result. We have never had scuh result since independence. The more exciting is that, we had a reserve too"-stated Luka Kurtanidze. 

And finally, one most important task is expecting changes in the coaching-board of Greco-Roman national team and cadet team.

"Changes in Free-style wrestling team gave its outcome, the example of it is the results at international tournaments. Free-style wrestlers have better result, than Greco-romans. In the nearest future, we will gather to discuss these topics and we will start talking with specialists. Supposedly, we will make our final decision in two weeks"-stated Kurtanidze.
