According to the internet edition BoxingScene.com, WBA (World Boxing Association) middleweight world champion German Felix Sturm wants to fight against Avtandil Khurtsidz. Representatives of Sturm are going to carry on negotiations with Ukrainian Elite Boxing Promotion Company.

Ukrainian promoting company spread this information on its official website but without official explanation and comments.

If negotiations end up successfully, then fight between Khurtsidze and Sturm will be held in summer. 2 championship belts will be put on scales. We have already written about the title of German boxer. Georgian who is called “Tornado” is IBO (International Boxing Organization) world championship – he gained this title on March 13 after beating Polish Marius Sendrovsky in Tbilisi.
