According to the press office of the Russian Rugby Union, head coach Kingsley Jones named those 26 rugby players who will prepare for the match against Georgia.
Grigory and Valery Tsnobiladze, brothers from Kutaisi, refused to play against Georgia, just like last year. According to the Russian news agencies, it is not known what sanctions will be applied against them.
The match between the Georgian and the Russian national teams will take place on “Dinamo Arena” in Tbilisi on February 22. The match will start at 17:00.
