Georgian judokas ended up European Youth Olympic Festival with 7 medals. Today Giorgi Dzebisashvili (+90kg) won silver medal.

Heavyweight of the Georgian age team held four fights on the Utrecht tatami. Dzebisashvili defeated Martinas Vaskovicus of Lithuania in one minute and 20 seconds, Mircea Alexandru Kroitorus of Romania in 3 minutes and Jur Spikers of Holland in 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

In final Dzebisashvili lost to Ruslan Shakhbazov of Russia by two waza-aris.

Today Giorgi Gvelesiani (90kg) also wrestled but in the first round he lost to John Jane of Great Britain by waza-ari.
