The second round games were held at World Cup 2013 in Tromso, Norway. Georgian Baadur Jobava (2696) played Anton Korobov of Ukraine (2720) with black pieces and lost on the 41st move. On 15 August the Georgian grandmaster will play with white pieces and in case of victory, he will play on tie-break. Otherwise Jobava will finish participation in World Cup.
