After a team pause, both teams had financial crisis. In spite of everything, necessary resources were found and yesterday's match was held fairly well.
The match started quite unexpectedly. Soon after the start of the match the guests scored the first goal. While the first attack of "Kolkheti", defenders could not parry the ball well. Sichinava shot strongly and scored a goal. The hosts made many mistakes like this but "Kolkheti" could not manage to use them anymore.
The hosts had a chance to equalize score but Gizo Shengelia parried the headshot of Pavliashvili.
At the 10th minute of the first time, Tsitskhvaia could not kick the ball strongly and Dzagania caught it easily. After 2 minutes, "Samtredia" had a chance to score a goal. Pavliashvili assisted to Kverenchkhiladze who shot the ball with head but missed it.
In the end of half an hour, while the attack of the guests, a foul was committed against Jikia, though, referee did not stop the match. Jikia protested it, the referee reacted on his behavior and showed him yellow card. After several minutes, Jikia committed offence and Urushadze had to react on it but he did nothing. Till the end of the half, both teams had chance to change the score but forwards did not do it well.
The hosts started the second half with substitutions. Sanaia substituted Pavliashvili. Soon "Samtredia" almost scored a goal. Kebadze kicked the ball strongly and the ball touched the net.. Everyone thought, that it was a goal.
But the ball touched the outside goalpost and then stuck in the net. At the 51st minute, Bakarandze fell down and the hosts demanded penalty but the referee continued the match. Fans of "Samtredia" got angry again.
After several minutes, Bakarandze had a chance to show himself again. He was alone in the penalty area of the opponent and shot the ball but the guest defenders played devotedly and saved their team from goal. Bakarandze managed to score a goal at the 65th minute - 1:1. This goal looked like the goal of Davit Siradze scored against Latvian team.
The next culmination was at the 69th minute. Kakaladze kicked the ball and it touched hand of "Kolketi" player. The hosts demanded penalty but the referee did not satisfy their demand. Tornike Shalikashvili shot the ball which touched the crossbar and then fell down on the pitch. The hosts thought, that the ball crossed the line of goal but the referee did not count it.
At the 80th minute, coach of "Kolkheti" decided to substitute Sichinava with Gulua. Dato went to the line slowly and the referee thought that he was wasting time and showed him yellow card. Sichinava moved more slowly and the referee showed him red card. The hosts attacked their opponent in the rest of the time. They did their best but the guests saved their goal.
Final whistle of the referee showed draw. The guests and the hosts abused the referee.
Besik Sherozia ("Kolkheti"): "Everyone knows about our problem. Finally, our situation has improved. Such kind of refereeing can damp everyone. I think, more qualified referee should have been appointed for this match".
Gela Sanaia ("Samtredia"): "Boys did their best and fought till the end. I thanked all of them. We could have won. As for refereeing, we have pretensions but I cannot say anything until I watch video".
