Davit Mujiri Scored the First Georgian Goal in Japan

 

“Sanfrecce Hiroshima” of Japanese J. League beat “Yoshida” 6:0 in a test match. Georgian Davit Mujiri scored a goal. According to the website of “Sanfrecce Hiroshima”, “Mumu” scored the goal at the 3rd minute.

A 32-year-old Georgian midfielder transferred to “Sanfrecce Hiroshima” about 3 weeks ago. Mikhailo Petovich, former coach of “Sturm” Graz, is coaching “Sanfrecce Hiroshima”. Mujiri was leader of “Sturm” while his coaching.

According to Japanese websites, Mujiri has not signed contract with “Sanfrecce Hiroshima” yet. But it is just the matter of time. Croatian midfielder Ante Tomic will also sign contract with the club.
