Davit Marsagishvili Is Two-Time European Champion

Davit Marsagishvili, member of Georgian freestyle wrestling team, won European champion twice in a row. The Georgian wrestler beat Musa Murtazaliev of Armenia (2:0 2:0) in final of 84kg.

Before the final Davit Marsagishvili defeated Dominic Klaus Peter of Austria (7:0 7:0), Andrei Frant of Romania (1:0 6:0) and Anzor Urishev of Russia (1:0 4:2).

Georgian freestyle wrestling team ended up European Championship with 44 points and is only behind Russia which has 53 points.

Today female champions and prize winners were found out in the last two weight classes.
