The Georgian women’s tennis team which won Group II of Euro-African zone at Fed Cup has achieved a significant progress in the ranking.
The Georgian team is in the 40th place with 933 points, between Ecuador and Philippines.
The Georgian team (Sofia Shapatava, Oksana Kalashnikova, Ekaterine Gorgodze, Sofia Kvatsabaia and captain Maka Chakhnashvili) defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina, South Africa, Egypt and Finland in Siauliai.
