This evening, world’s strongest boxer will be found out at Sports Palace. Avtandil Khurtsidze from Kutaisi will fight against Polish Matius Sendrovsky. Ukrainian Elite Boxing Promotion Company has organized this boxing evening which will start at 20:00. Before the central fight, 5 rating ones will be held.
At first, Georgian boxers Robinzon Omzarashvili and Ambrosi Sutidze (both 69,8 kg) will show up on the ring. Beka Sajaia and Ruben Movsesyan, other representatives of Georgia, will fight in 62,1 kg. Boris Mdinaradze (72,6 kg) will fight against Ukrainian Valentin Volokha. The 4th-5th fights will be held without Georgians. First Russian Marat Kulumbekov (72,6 kg) and Ukrainian Andrey Denichkin will fight against each other. Then, Ukrainian Viktor Postol (63,5 kg) and Ugandan Sam Rukundo will fight against each other.
“I am absolutely ready to win world championship. I am on the best form. I am holding the first professional fight in Georgia and I must win it”, - Khurtsidze told “World Sport”.
Georgian boxer who is known as “Tornado” has held 26 fights on the professional ring (22 victories, 2 losses, 2 draws). Matius Sendrovsky has held 25 matches (21 victories, 2 losses, 2 draws).
