Georgian cadet judo team departed for Poland where it will compete in “European Cup” at the weekend. The team of Irakli Tsirekidze will participate in the tournament with 9 sportsmen. Besides boys, Georgian girls will also compete. Giorgi Tenadze, head coach of the girls’ team, took 5 sportswomen to Poland.
“European Cup” is one of the tournaments of the preparation stage for European Championship. Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, will host European Championshipon June 21-23.
