Georgians Are among Leaders in Budva

Georgian girls continue successful participation in European Youth Chess Championship which is under way in the city of Montenegro, Budva.

Nato Imnadze is in the second place with 5 points at U-18 girls’ championship. Nastassia Ziaziulkina of Belarus is ahead of Nato with half point. In the 7th round Nato will face Marina Baraeva of Russia.

Tea Choladze is in the second place with 5 points at U-14 girls’ championship. She is half point behind Aydan Hojjatova of Azerbaijan. In the next round Choladze will play Nela Pychova of Czech Republic.

Irakli Beradze has the best result from the boys. He has 5 points and is sharing I-VII places. Beradze will play David Simon Pardo of Spain.
