Before the final round of European Individual Championship Georgian chess player Salome Melia (2454) remains in the top three, who played draw with Natalia Zhukova (Ukraine, 2451) with black pieces.

Now, Zhukova, Melia and another Ukrainian Maria Muzychuk have 7.5-7.5 points and are disposed by the denoted row after the leader Valentina Gunina (Russia, 2501).

Nino Batsiashvili (2417), Nana Dzagnidze (2541) and Nino Khurtsidze (2460) have 7.0-7.0 points and occupy the 6ht, 7^th and 12^th places. The condition of other Georgians is following: 23. Lela Javakhhishvili (2474) - 6.5; 23. Meri Arabidze (2406) - 6.0; 25. Sopio Gvetadze (2356) - 6.0; 30. Sopiko Guramishvili (2402) - 6.0; 87. Madona Bokuchava (2027) - 4.5;

In the final round, which will take place on July 17, we will choose the following parties: Muzychuk – Gunina, Kosintseva – Zhukova, Melia – Danielian, Stefanova – Dzagnidze, Kashlinskaya – Batsiashvili, Khurtsidze – Mkrtichian, Javakhishvili – Daulite.

Recall that the Championship’s prize fund is about 60 000 Euros and 11 000 is coming for the winner. The second place will get – 9 000, the third place – 7 000 and in total top twenty will receive the prize money. The 20^th place will get 1 000 Euros.

The players, who will take the first fourteen positions, will gain a right to participate in the Women’s World Cup.
