Basilashvili was not seed in singles draw but he won four matches without losing a set. Nikoloz beat Karen Khachanov of Russia 6:1, 6:4, Niels Desein of Belgium 6:4, 6:3, Marek Michalicka of Czech Republic 7:6 (7:3), 6:3, Dimitar Kutrovsky of Bulgaria 7:6 (7:2), 6:3.
In final the Georgian tennis player will play No.2 seed Miloslav Mecir of Slovakia. The Slovak has not lost even a set.
The Georgian top seed 15 ranking points. In case of the championship Nikoloz will earn 27 points and will advance with 80 places. Now he is in the 447th place in ATP ranking.
In doubles draw Basilashvili and Alexander Bury of Belarus won four matches. Basilashvili and Bury won over Germans Karl and Till Wegner 6:3, 6:1. Then, they beat another German duet 6:1, 6:3, Russians – Khachanov and Matskevitch 3:6, 6:2, 10:4.
In the final the Georgian and the Belarusian tennis players defeated Ignatik and Kutrovsky 4:6, 6:4, 10:6.
