Women’s international tournament ended in Chennai (India), in which 4 Georgian chess players participated: Nino Batsiashvili (2425), Keti Tsatsalashvili (2266), Sopiko GUramishvili (2441) and Maka Purtseladze (2374).
After 11 rounds Batsiashvili, Meri Ann Gomez of India (2414) and Subaraman Vijayalakshmim (India) gained 8.5-8.5 points. According to additional showing Nino Batsiashvili took the 2nd place and Gomez became a leader.
Tsatsalashvili took the 4th place with 8.0 points, Guramishvili occupied the 10th place with 7.5 points and Purtseladze the 21th place with 6.5 points.
The fifth round party will be held on November 15.
