Amiran Totikashvili head of Georgian Judo Federation resigned. The statement about this was spread before starting meeting of Georgian Judo Federation Executive Committee. Right now is being held meeting of Executive Committee in Judo Federation Head Office and the main discussing topic is incident which took place in Tokyo World Championship, where one of the leaders of Georgian National Team Irakli Tsirekidze made stop competing in championship due to being late.
Totikashvili stated that he took all the responsibility and resigns. He also stated several interesting thing, he calls all this “performance” and blames President of Olympic Committee Gia Natsvlishvili, who is “director” of this “performance”. According to him before leaving for Tokyo World Championship Gia Natsvlishvili sent him doctor of Olympic medical team Zurab Kakhabrishvili who said him Gia Natsvlishvili’s words that no matter what would be results of Georgian National Team in World Championship, Totikashvili would resign in any case. Former head coach of Georgian Team was very excited and said that others also should take responsibility as well as he.
All representatives of Judo Federation attends Executive Committee meeting, there is also Minister of Sport and Youth Affairs Lado Vardzelashvili, he was questioned plans about Dilar Khabuliani who is Presidet of Judo Federation and he stated before the meeting that would be found all details and all responsible people would be punished. Giorgi Asanidze head of Sport Committee of Parliament did not make any comment.
Davit Khakhaleishvili’s arrival at the meeting caused mass up, but he did not make any comment to journalist. He said that after finishing the meeting would talk about all details. Member of Executive Committee, Former head coach of Georgian National Judo Team Shota Khabareli also attends the meeting. He stated that his initiative would be to set responsibility under question mark of the president of Georgian Judo Federation Dilar Khabuliani. According to him, chaos during years in Georgian Judo Federation relates to Dilar Khabuliani and this person has not right to be head of Georgian Judo. Meeting is closed and comments will be made after finish of it.  The most interesting is that, Dilar Khabuliani the president of Georgian Judo Federation does not attend the meeting.
