In the second round of Euroleague Top 16 a very interesting game was held in Moscow for the Georgians fans. CSKA of Manuchar Markoishvili defeated “Laboral Kutxa” of Tornike Shengelia 99:90.
Markoishvili did not play due to some reasons. Shengelia was in lineup. He earned 11 points and 5 rebounds in 19:06 minutes.
Tornike scored 3 from 5 2-point and 5 from 9 free throws, missed 3-pointer, had one turnover, received 2 personal fouls and 6 fouls were committed against him.
In the 3rd round of Top 16 which will be held on January 15-16 CSKA will visit “Anadolu Efes” in Istanbul. “Laboral Kutxa” will host “Nizhny Novgorod” of Levan Patsatsia. “Nizhny Novgorod” will hold the second round game tomorrow and will host “Fenerbahce” of Ricky Hickamn.
