The Georgian national basketball team will play in Zagreb, Croatia, at the group stage of EuroBasket 2015. Georgia will face Slovenia, Greece, Macedonia and Netherlands.

The Georgian basketball players are in Group C. Here are other groups.

Group A (Montpellier): France, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Poland, Israel, Russia.

Group B (Berlin): Germany, Spain, Serbia, Turkey, Italy, Iceland.

Group D (Riga): Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia.

The last group is the weakest one. If Georgia makes through to the next round, it will play representative of Group D.

EuroBasket 2015 will be held on September 5-20. The group games will be held on September 5-10.

The team of Igor Kokoskov will play Netherlands on September 5, Slovenia - on September 6, Greece - on September 8, Macedonia – on September 9 and Croatia – on September 10.
