4 Practical Advises to Learn Running Correctly

Georgian sportsmen, in spite of their weight (light, medium or heavy), run heavily which causes early tiredness and injuries of joints, muscles and internal organs. Sport and health is an integral concept for me. That is why I created a modern method of teaching running “47+5”. Our compatriots contacted me from abroad and they are interested in it. This article is for helping them. Here are four elements of running. After learning it, running will become more pleasant. Besides physical conditions, your health will also improve.

  1. People often use heel wrongly while running. We should forget the heels and run with feet. It will help us to reduce injuries and to improve quickness.
  2. As for running with foot, we must learn touching ground correctly. We must observe foot whether it bends aside little finger or thumb. Generally, it bends aside the little finger which causes injuries of toes’ skeleton. We must learn stepping with whole foot.
  3. The second mistake is stepping heels near each other. In this case, energy is wasted because we touch the ground first with the little finger and then with the whole foot and in the end we make reflection. Stepping feet parallel causes replacement 3 movement with 1 and we economize energy and time.
  4. While moving leg freely it goes out and circles oval. The shortest distance between two points is the right line. So, it is necessary to move leg on the right line. It economizes energy and increases quickness.

The whole course of “47+5” for professional sportsmen consist with 49 elements. 4 elements are enough for amateurs. This method guarantees the result for the football players.
