Italy’s Olimpia Milano will try to acquire Tornike Shengelia in the upcoming season, Nbapassion reports.

According to the source, head coach Ettore Messina wants to have the Georgian basketball player on the team.

“Shengelia has contract with Baskonia until 2022 but Olimpia Milano is ready to pay compensation for the premature termination of the contract. A lot of teams want to acquire the Georgian basketball player but the Italian team will do everything for it. It will be tough”, - reports Nbapassion.

Olimpia Milano has 12 wins and 16 defeats in Euroleague. Baskonia has the same result.
