Moscow Grand Prix started on November 29 in the capital city of Russia and it is held in non-standard format.
A personal championship was held yesterday and world’s vice-champion, member of Georgian freestyle wrestling team, Avto Kenchadze (74 kg) and world’s prizewinner Elizbar Odikadze (97 kg) hit the final and automatically won the right to wrestle in world team. As it was preliminary scheduled, finalist will wrestle in the name of world team and wrestle against Russia.
Kenchadze will face Timur Bizhoev. Elizbar Odikadze, who participates instead of Geno Petriashvili, will face world’s three-time champion Bilyal Makhov.
As for Olympic champion Lado Khinchegashvili, he has already won the bronze medal. The Georgian defeated representative of Guinea 5-3 in the decisive meeting.
The final meetings will take place today, November 30th, at 18:00pm.
