The Georgia national football team played the first draw in Euro 2020 qualifying stage. In the fifth round the team of Vladimer Weiss hosted Denmark at Dinamo Arena and gained a point.

Goalkeeper Giorgi Loria saved the net twice. From Georgians Vako Kazaishvili was close to scoring a goal. Perhaps, it was the best match of the Georgians in the current qualifying stage.

As a result, scoreless draw and Georgia has 4 points in the group which is enough only for the fourth place.

The Georgians will hold the next match against Ireland on October 12 in Tbilisi.
