Saladze Started Working without Experienced Wrestlers

Mikheil Saladze, new head coach of the Georgian Greco-Roman wrestling team, will start working next week. Yesterday the veteran wrestler attended practice of the team candidates held by Otar Tatishvili, member of new coaching staff. None of the category leaders practiced yesterday.

“I asked for the list of those wrestlers who participated in the meeting of World Championship. I will meet all wrestlers and talk to them. I will try to persuade each of them to put personal ambitions aside and think about Georgian wrestling. Coaching process must be resumed as soon as possible. Belarusian international tournament is ahead at the end of November” – Mikheil Saladze told “World Sport”.

Unlike Greco-Romans, old coaches held practice yesterday. Nugzar Skhireli and his assistants will start working on Monday.
