Besides Avtandil Tchrikishvili (90 kg), Guram Tushishvili (+100 kg) also won gold medal at Zagreb Grand Prix. Lasha Taveluri (100 kg) won bronze medal and the Georgian team gained two gold and one bronze medal at this prestigious tournament.

Guram Tushishvili defeated Francisco Solis of Chile, Bekmurod Oltiboev of Uzbekistan and Ushangi Kokauri of Azerbaijan by ippons. In semifinal the Georgian beat Yakiv Khammo of Ukraine by waza-ari. In final Guram won over Or Sasson of Israel.

Giorgi Papunashvili (90 kg) and Giorgi Kavtaradze (+100 kg) also wrestled today but they could not reach Top 3.
