Three-time European and world champion Avtandil Tchrikishvili (90 kg) is back with gold medal. The 27-year-old Georgian judoka won six meetings at Grand Prix which is underway in Zagreb. Tchrikishvili beat Ciril Grossklaus of Switzerland, Sergiu Toma of the UAE, David Klammert of Czech Republic, Max Stewart of Great Britain and Axel Clerget of France. In final he won over Asley Gonzalez of Cuba.

Guram Tushishvili (+100 kg) and Lasha Taveluri (100 kg) will also wrestle for medals today. Tushishvili will wrestle for gold medal and Taveluri – for bronze medal.
