Georgian top seed Nikoloz Basilashvili lost the first qualifying round at Madrid Masters. Basilashvili fell to world No.705 Nicola Kuhn of Spain 5:7, 0:6.

According to Basilashvili’s Facebook page, Nikoloz has a leg injury and will miss all tournaments until Roland Garros. The French Open is to start on May 28.
