Georgian top seed Nikoloz Basilashvili lost to David Goffin 5:7, 0:6 in the second round of Barcelona Open.

In the first set Nikoloz advanced 2:0 but finally, the Belgian won 7:5. Goffin did not give a chance to Basilashvili in the second set.

Nikoloz earned 15 955 EUR and 20 ranking points in Barcelona.
