Latvia national team’s head coach Marians Pahars commented after the crushing defeat to Georgia. He found it difficult to rate the game and pointed out that he has decided to leave the post of head coach.

“I congratulate Georgia this victory. It is very difficult to rate this game, because we played terribly, without fight, dedication and motivation. I find it hard to explain, especially when we played Switzerland very well. Now, with a high probability, the Latvian Football Federation will have to search for a new coach, because I am not going to stay in the post”, - said Pahars.
