As it was expected, Georgia’s No.1 tennis player Nikoloz Basilashvili advanced with 14 positions in ATP ranking and is in the 53th place with 858 points. This position is a new record for the Georgian. Over the past two weeks, Basilashvili made 34-position progress.
Basilashvili was able to hit the top 50, however he lost to Ryan Harrison 1:6, 4:6.
This week, the Georgian will participate in Delray Beach tournament. In the first meeting, the Georgian will face Tommy Haas of Germany. The match will take place on February 21, 20:00. If Basilashvili overcomes Haas, he will get 20 ranking points.
