Jano Ananidze was named the best player of Georgia in September – the 23-year-old forward won the poll of WORLDSPORT.GE “You Choose”.

The poll was placed on our website on October 1. Any person could participate in it and vote for the desired candidate. Finally, 841 people participated in the poll and Ananidze received the most votes.

56.6 per cent voted for Ananidze. Saba Lobzhanidze, midfielder of Chikhura Sachkhere, took the second place. He received 22.1 per cent. Davit Skhirtladze, legionary of Danish Silkeborg, took the third place with 9.6 per cent.

Now on the winner: the 23-year-old Georgian forward is holding the best season in his career: 6 goals in 9 matches. As for September, Jano held three matches and scored 2 goals. He scored against Austria and Orenburg.
