The Georgia national basketball team beat Slovakia 94:63 in EuroBasket qualifying game. Tornike Shengelia, Zaza Pachulia, Michael Dixon, Beka Burjanadze and Duda Sanadze earned more than 10 points. Shengelia lacked one rebound (18 points, 9 rebounds) to double-double.

All 12 basketball players showed up on the floor and only Beka Bekauri and Anatoli Boisa left the floor without a point. The Georgians used 11 from 21 3-point and 16 from 26 2-point. The Georgians did not receive more than 2 personal fouls.

The team of Ilias Zouros won both two games and will play Montenegro on September 7.
