Nino Khomeriki (2304) is competing in international tournament Young Stars of the World which is under way in Russia. She is the only girl participant of the tournament. However, Nino is leading with 6.5 points.

In the previous round Khomeriki beat Aram Hakobyan of Armenia (2348) with black pieces. Today the Georgian will play Kirill Shubin of Russia which is in the 11^th place with 3.5 points.

Young Stars of the World will end up on May 28.
