Vladimir Weiss, head coach of the Georgia national team, called up Lado Dvalishvili, forward of “Pogon”, the Polish websites report. Dvalishvili has been called up for the national team for the first time since autumn 2014.
The national team will start meeting in Austria on May 24 and will hold two friendly matches there: against Slovakia on May 27 and against Romania on June 3. On June 7 the team will play Spain in Getafe.
“Lado is motivated. He is called up for the three friendly matches, - stated Czeslaw Michiniewicz, head coach of “Pogon”, - Dvalishvili is playing much better now. He is psychologically ready”.
Weiss attended Dvalishvili’s game in Poland and the player scored a beautiful goal in that match.
