The Georgian Greco-Roman wrestling team gained the first license of Rio 2016. Today Shmagi Bolkvadze (66 kg) gained the license by making through to the final of the international tournament in Zrenjanin, Serbia.
Bolkvadze beat Thommesen of Norway (6:0), Ivanovich of Bulgaria (9:0) and Dawid Karecinski of Poland (5:0). In final the Georgian defeated Tamas Lorincz of Hungary.
