At the post-match press conference Talgat Baysufinov, head coach of the Kazakhstan national team, praised the Georgia national team and thanked the opponent for a good game. Baysufinov also stated it was not reasonable to talk about referees at the international level.

Talgat Baysufinov (head coach of the Kazakhstan national team): “First of all, I want to thank the Georgia national team for a good game. We played the way we wanted. We were orientated on result and also, I want to thank my players who showed good game against Azerbaijan and Georgia.

I am really satisfied with my team. As for the temporization, it was not our goal. We were just tired after traveling from Azerbaijan.

In Kazakhstan we do not make comments on referees and I think we must not discuss it at the international level. Perhaps, there were some controversial decisions but it is football”.
