Romanian Rugby Union president Harry Dumitras said that Georgian national team won deservedly over Romanian team (38:9) and “The Lelos” is the strongest team in Eastern Europe.
“We have seen the largest difference in front of 50 thousand Georgian fans. Georgia won deservedly and we need to get a lesson from this failure. I am glad, that in this high-intensity match several young players of Romania took part. This is the most important for their development.
Georgian national team is dominant in Eastern Europe and at this moment, it is unimaginable to defeat them. Until the contrary is not proved, we have to admit that Georgia is stronger than Romania!” – said Dumitras.
