The 20th round of Spanish Liga ACB opened with the games of Tornike Shengelia’s “Laboral Kutxa” and Giorgi Shermadini’s “MoraBanc Andorra”.
Shengelia is still injured and did not play in the previous game either.
“Laboral Kutxa” has 16 wins and 4 defeats and is sharing the third-fourth places with “Real” Madrid.
“Andorra” lost to “Iberostar” 77:79. Shermadini’s club has 9 wins and 11 losses.
The center of the Georgian national team was the best on the floor. Shermadini was in lineup and did not miss a single shot.
Giorgi scored all 4 2-point and all 7 free throws. He earned 15 points, 2 rebounds, 3 steals and 2 blocks, had no turnover and 6 fouls were committed against him.
On February 28 “Andorra” will play “Bilbao Basket”. “Laboral Kutxa” will host outsider “Estudiantes” on the same day.
