Kakha Tskhadadze, head coach of the Georgian national football team, and midfielder Aleksandre Kobakhidze held a pre-match press conference and answered questions of journalists.

Kakha Tskhadadze: “We have many injured players. We will lack Jano Ananidze, Buba Daushvili, Levan Kenia and Levan Mchedlidze. Tomorrow we are playing the team which is in the last place, is scored many goals and has no point but we respect them and are preparing for the match. We have a strategy and every player knows what to do.

- You stated you would play with two forwards, are you going to do it tomorrow?

- We will have one more forward, have some schemes and we will decide our strategy tomorrow.

- Have you talked to Levan Kobiashvili about future plans?

- First of all, I want to congratulate Levan on becoming a president. I have met him twice. Yesterday he talked to team members after the practice. The next two matches are very important for him.

- What can you say about Chanturia who celebrated debut in “Duisburg” with goal, are you going to call up him for the match against Germany?

- Yesterday I congratulated him on successful debut and I am very happy for him. Giorgi is a very talented player and I am sure he will be productive for the team.

- What can you say about tomorrow’s match?

- We respect this team.

- What were criteria while calling up Nikoloz Gelashvili and Bachana Tskhadadze and why are not players playing in the Georgian Championship called up?

- They have been members of the national team for a long time.

- Nukri Revishvili lost place in lineup of “Mordovia”. Loria also lacks playing practice. Are you going to have Giorgi Makaridze in lineup?

- It will be decided today.

- Do you believe in Kakabadze in tomorrow’s match and are you going to call up Ebralidze and Lipartia next time?

- Kakabadze is practicing and preparing for tomorrow’s match. I do not know if he will play.

As for Lipartia and Ebralidze, we may see them in the national team in the future.

- How do you summarize the qualifying round?

- It will be better to summarize it after two matches.

At the end of the press conference Aleksandre Kobakhidze was asked about his health condition. He missed matches against Ireland and Scotland due to injury.

Aleksandre Kobakhidze: I missed important matches due to injury but everything is alright now. I will try to do my best tomorrow. We respect our opponent but we are planning only victory tomorrow. As for Germany, we will fight till the end.
