The Georgian national basketball team is in “Zagreb Arena” and prepares for the final match of European Championship’s group stage. Croatia’s national team will be Georgia’s opponent but this game has no importance with tournament point of view.
The point is that the hosts of C group can neither avoid the 2nd place nor drop to the 3rd place. Georgia’s case is also simple. If we win over Croatia, we will be dependent of the match between Greece-Netherlands anyway.
According to the current situation, it is expected that in the upcoming match, the players will play without the psychological pressure, which will raise the spectacular side. Obviously, the Georgian players will prove that the team can steadily play at a high level.
The match between Georgia and Croatia will start at 20:00 Tbilisi time. Our team’s lineup is unchanged: Zaza pachulia, Tornike Shengelia, Manuchar Markoishvili, Viktor Sanikidze and Giorgi Tsintsadze.
