Georgian archers Khatuna Narimanidze, Kristine Esebua and Yulia Lobzhanidze gained licenses for Rio 2016 Olympics at World Archery Championships in Copenhagen.
The Georgians beat Italy 5:1 in the first round of playoff. The first set ended up 54:52, the second – 55:55 and the third – 55:54.
In ¼ final Georgia failed to favorite South Korea 2:6.
The Georgian archery team gained Olympic license for the first time.
