According to the official website of CSKA Moscow, Manuchar Markoishvili, basketball player of the Georgian national team, left the Russian club. The forward and the club’s management decided to suspend cooperation. It is not known where Markoishvili will continue career.

“I want to thank the club’s management and coaching staff for letting me play with Europe’s best basketball players. I am only disappointed that we could not win Euroleague. I want to thank fans and people who helped me”, - the official website cited Manuchar’s words.

Markoishvili held 42 games in CSKA. The Georgian averaged 5.7 points, 1.9 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 0.7 steals in 15 minutes. He became champion of Russia and won VTB League.
