Mate Vatsadze, forward of the Georgia national team and Denmark’s “Aarhus”, was named the best player of the first round of Danish Superliga. The Georgian won the poll held by the Danish internet portal superliga update.

Mate received 50 per cent (1.089 votes). Second-place Rasmus Falk received 42.8 per cent (832 votes) and third-place Pione Sisto gained 7.2 per cent (156 votes).

In the first round of Danish Superliga Vatsadze scored two goals against “Brondby”.
