The Georgian men’s tennis team started 2015 Davis Cup Europe Zone Group III with victory. The Georgians beat Albania 3:0 without losing a single game (!).

Aleksandre Metreveli defeated Arber Sulstarova 6:0, 6:0. Nikoloz Basilashvili won over Rei Pelushi. In doubles Giorgi Revazishvili and Giorgi Tsivadze beat Pelushi and Genajd Shypheja.

Malta defeated Iceland in the second match of Group D. On July 16 Georgia captained by Vladimer Gabrichidze will play Iceland. On July 17 the Georgians will face Malta.
