The GFF Disciplinary Committee fined “Dinamo” Batumi, one of the leaders of Georgian Umaglesi Liga, with 8 000 GEL. Besides that, the club will hold the next three home matches in front of empty tribunes. Otar Fedichkin, president of “Dinamo”, is not pleased with the decision.

“Dinamo” does not have a stadium and 2 500 spectators attend every match. The commission made an unfair decision”, - stated Fedichkin.

Jimsher Tkebuchava, head of the Disciplinary Committee, thinks the decision was fair because “Dinamo” could not present any argument why not to face the fine:

“Dinamo” Batumi is fined with 8 000 GEL and will hold the next 3 home matches in front of empty tribunes. Besides that, “Dinamo” Batumi did not present any argument”, - stated Tkebuchava.

“Dinamo” was fined due to fans’ behavior in the match against “Torpedo” Kutaisi on 3 April. “Torpedo” won the match 3:2. Fans and officials of “Dinamo” were dissatisfied with the decision of referee.
