The official website of “Wit Georgia” reports that 39-year-old Tengiz Kobiashvili will coach the club of Tbilisi.
Central defender Kobiashvili played for “Wit Georgia” in 1999-2007 and captained the team many times. In 2004, he won gold medals of Georgian Championship. Before, he played for TSU Tbilisi and ended his career in “Merani”.
In 2011, Kobiashvili worked for the youth team of “Wit Geogria”, which won silver medals in 2013. In 2013-2014, at the Georgian Championship, the double composition of the Tbilisi club occupied the 3rd place under his leadership. In the current season, his team is leading the double’s Championship.
Kobiashvili replaced Zurab Beridze in “Wit Georgia”, who left his post on March 9.
