The match of “Bilbao Basket” and “Laboral Kutxa” of Tornike Shengelia ended with grand quarrel and the Georgian player was one of the main participants of it.
A few seconds were left to the end of the Basque derby, when Marko Todorovic of Montenegro pushed Shengelia in completely harmless situation and Todorovic got the backstroke from the Georgian. These caused massive chaos.
Finally, Shengelia was sent off and if he receives any additional punishment, will soon be known. It should be also said that Shengelia apologized the child, who was injured during the chaos.
“Bilbao Basket” won the match 93:75 and the Georgian forward was the best with his efficiency (16).
