On August 11 “Dinamo Arena” will host the UEFA Super Cup match. Expectations are very high and it is interesting how the preparatory works are undergoing on the stadium. The reconstruction work of “Dinamo” stadium undergoes under UEFA standards and requirements.

“Technology Development Fund” of the City Hall leads the organizing issues. Following contractor companies are participating in the rehabilitation of infrastructure: “Mifas”, “UGT”, “Dag”, “El-Georgia”.

The City Hall already allocated 13 million GEL for the Super Cup. On “Dinamo Arena”, everything will change according to the UEFA requirements. UEFA will install tourniquets for Super Cup and the entry in the stadium will be possible by electronic tickets.

Italian company “Omsi” is responsible for the reconstruction. Currently, the strengthening works are undergoing under the leadership of the Georgian company “Dag” and the Italians will finish this work. “Omsi” will montage 50 000 white and blue plastic chairs. Spanish company “Dap Last” will montage 5 000 chairs for the special guests.

It is still unknown exactly how many places will UEFA allocate for journalists. 150 seats are expected to be set and separate rooms will be for commentators. The internet will change and it will become faster.

Southern scoreboard of the stadium will remain the same and the Italian company “Coliseo” will montage the northern scoreboard. The scoreboard will be an oval shape, which is a novelty. The sound system of the stadium will be changed by “Mifas”, which will use American brand one system.

UEFA representative Denis Kistenyov leads the mentioned works. Georgian side cooperates with the Ukrainian and the works undergo systematically.
